Atelier Swing Vocal – Practicing Jazz Standards.

“Atelier Swing Vocal” is a workshop on vocal improvisation and jazz interpretation, because there’s no jazz without a swing rhythm!

The workshop is intended for those who want to become more familiar with jazz standards or better understand them.

The pieces will be selected by the organizers.

The work will be based on three jazz standards developed by the participants before the workshop.

The workshop will focus on interpretation and vocal improvisation, based on three pieces.

The work will be divided into three stages:

1. Warm-up and preparation of the standards.

2. Individual interpretation.

3. Improvisation (in pairs).

The number of participants is limited to 10.
