Two days of somatic exploration that will provide you with tools for learning, moving and having fun.

⏰️ 12/9 saturday 10:00-13:00 Developmental movement: understanding the primal reflexes/movements and their purposes: moving, breathing, voicing. and how to use this in-formation to heal, strengthen and dance.

for dancing &body work .

⏰️ 13/9 Sunday 10:00-13:00 Improvisation time …how to practice and develop your solo movement and then develop&practice those group’s skills (time, space, direction, theme…)

15:00-18:00 Contact integration
dive deeper into the touch, contact points, weight, flow, play, and so much more attributes once we get more intimate through touch.
And by then combining all the knowledge together .
This exploration is for movers, dancers and any one involved with his body/ mind/spirit.

Tal Avni(Izrael)

Tal Avni is an interdisciplinary performance artist and movement specialist. His rich and diverse experience includes contemporary dance, circus arts, physical theater, martial arts, extreme sports, and much more. Tal is also a certified Shelhav-Feldenkrais therapist, working with infants with developmental challenges and adults.

With over 30 years of experience, Tal teaches contact improvisation and leads jam sessions both locally and internationally. He creates music and accompanies artists in theatrical and dance performances based on improvisation.

His teaching style, rooted in his extensive and diverse background, is eclectic and grounded, blending intuition, playfulness, and deep somatic awareness.
