The most magnetic and sexy thing is being yourself in your full, natural, and authentic expression. When we are fully grounded in ourselves, we are a channel of life and creation. And this is one of the greatest gifts and manifestations of feminine power.
This class is an invitation to explore who you are in your true, unfiltered expression.
Through movement, breath, sound, and feeling, we will listen to the voice of the body, discover our needs, desires, emotions, and longings, and give space to whatever desires to express itself through us.
In this space, you will:
• deepen your relationship with yourself, your body, and pleasure as a fundamental element of life, self-regulation, and creation. • You will feel and know yourself better by listening to your inner truth and intuition.
• You will release tensions, emotions, and blockages to find and embrace greater freedom in self-expression.
• You will spend wonderful time with women, experiencing what a beautiful and necessary resource mutual female presence is.
This is a space to awaken your sensuality, settle into pleasure, and connect with your own feminine power of creation.
Tamara is an artist, traveler, doula (birthkeeper), and guide in transformational processes.
She creates and facilitates spaces of profound encounter with yourself, your body, and others. Her work is rooted in authentic expression, the field of love, and trust in the natural intelligence of life.
Her approach combines the areas of spirituality, sexuality, tantra, shamanism, and a holistic approach to health and well-being. In her practice, she moves through various modalities: psychosomatics, working with emotions and the subconscious (shadow work), movement, massage, breath, energy, and sound, opening a space for feeling, releasing, and returning to the natural flow of life, where pleasure emerges as something primal and obvious, as our essence, which we came here to embody.
The spaces she creates are rooted in safety and invite full expression and all our parts, leading to a deeper acceptance of ourselves and the integration of our multidimensional nature.
Her work is an invitation to return to the body, to the truth, to our own essence.
To a place where deep freedom, relaxation, and acceptance awaken, as well as the ability to embody the love we are, creating the relationships and world we deeply desire.
