✨ **Join us for two mornings of practice with body, breath, and voice** ✨
This is an invitation to gently enter your day, slow down, and deepen your connection with yourself. Over two mornings, we will work in a mindful, calm, yet very practical way – combining Qigong and voice yoga into one cohesive experience.
The workshop consists of two complementary parts – working with the body and energy, and working with the voice – which together form one integrated process. These parts are closely connected and guide participants through a shared journey (with a break in between), therefore participation includes the full workshop.
The workshop will be conducted in Polish and English.

**QIGONG**
With its origins in ancient China, the basis of Qigong is to cultivate vital life force energy- “Qi”- through intentional movement, meditation, and breathing techniques. The results are often improved focus and mental clarity, increased energy and mobility, and reduced stress.
The aim of this two-day workshop will be to regulate mind body and spirit, restore energetic balance in our bodies by cultivating healthy positive energy, and to harmonize the five essential elements within the body- Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood.
All levels of experience welcome, beginner to expert.

**VOICE YOGA / VOICE WORK**
Through movement, breath, relaxation, and sound, we learn to release psychophysical tension and emotional blockages stored in the body. Voice work in this approach is not just a technique – it is a pathway to reconnect with your natural, authentic voice.
Supported by the prior work with body and breath (Qigong), the voice can emerge with greater ease and less effort. Participants may experience:
-deeper and more stable breathing
-a fuller, more resonant voice
-release of tension in the throat, jaw, and chest
-greater confidence in self-expression
This is a process in which the body becomes the instrument, and the voice its natural extension.

FACILITATORS
**BRETT HILL**
Brett Hill is an instructor of Five Element Somatic Qigong, as well as a musician and vocalist. He holds a 200-hour Medical Qigong Practitioner certification from Sifu David Beaudry at the Noble Movement Academy and has been practicing for 8 years.
For the past 3 years, he has been teaching Qigong in Ukraine to veterans and active-duty soldiers, supporting their recovery and return to balance.
**ALEKSANDRA ZAWŁOCKA**
Vocalist, actress, and voice teacher. She combines stage experience with deep somatic work with the body and voice, supporting others in discovering their natural sound and authentic expression.
She works with her own approach, integrating somatic practice with techniques such as Estill Voice Training®, the Kristin Linklater method, and voice yoga. She is also a certified Modern Vocal Training (Level 1) instructor.
Former actress of Gardzienice Theatre, co-creator of the Nasmeh project, and collaborator with the band Żywiołak. She also leads a women’s vocal group, Chmara.
