We invite you to the “I See, I Hear, I Speak” workshop – a meeting during which we will combine visual training with voice work.
Both of these areas directly influence the regulation of the nervous system, so working with them together can bring greater peace, better body connection, and more free self-expression.
During the workshop, we will discover and strengthen our own voice, working with both its sound and the way we hear. We will emphasize that our perception of sounds often depends on what we see – therefore, we will include exercises that integrate sight and hearing.
We will also work with the diaphragm, release tension in the body, and stimulate and relax the eye muscles to support natural vocal expression and improve connection with the outside world.
The goal of the workshop is to consciously connect the body, breath, voice, and senses, allowing for fuller self-expression and better functioning in everyday life.
Workshop Goals:
• Building awareness of voice and sight in the body
• Stimulating the senses of sight and hearing
• Developing the ability to express one’s own voice
We invite everyone who wants to better feel their body, regulate their nervous system, and discover their natural voice.

ABOUT THE LEADER:
WIRGINIA CRISTINA
Since 2019, I have been working with visual awareness – teaching how to use it in a conscious, sensitive, and supportive way for the whole body. I work with the eyes as part of the entire body, connecting them with the feet, pelvis, diaphragm, and spine—with breathing, the nervous system, and the brain, where images are processed. For me, good vision means good life in the body—free breathing, the ability to listen to oneself, recognize tension, and restore regulation.
In 2022, I experienced partial hearing loss. Thanks to pharmacological therapy, specialist support, my own research, and somatic practice, my hearing was almost fully restored. This experience deepened my understanding of neuroplasticity and nervous system regeneration. Today, I share simple, supportive tips that can aid in the process of hearing restoration and regulation.
I lead workshops in which I combine a holistic approach with work on the projection and reception of images—understood as photographs, films, or paintings. I am interested not only in what we see, but above all, how we see and how images are created in our nervous system.
I have many years of experience working in an office, so I understand how daily stress, screen time, stress, and lack of exercise contribute to deteriorating eyesight and tension around the eyes.
ALEKSANDRA ZAWŁOCKA
I am a singer, actress, and voice teacher.
I combine my stage experience with in-depth voice and bodywork. For years, I have been helping people discover the natural power and depth of their voices—both physically and mentally. I focus on releasing tension, regulating the nervous system, and fostering authentic expression.
I work using my own methods, integrating a somatic approach with techniques such as Estill Voice Training® (Level 1 & 2), Modern Vocal Training (certified Level 1 teacher), the Kristin Linklater method, and Voice Yoga.
I lead the women’s vocal group Chmara and co-founded the Nasmeh project (traditional music of the Orient and the Balkans). From 2017 to 2020, I was an actress at the Gardzienice Theatre. I collaborated with the Żywiołak ensemble (album “Historical Deconstruction,” 2022), among others.
