We invite you to participate in a weekend workshop on the practice of opening and integrating the body, heart, and mind, called PATH OF TRANSFORMATION (meditation, embodiment, breath, dance, circle), which will take place on March 28-29, 2026, in Krakow.
Led by: Krzysztof Jerzak (https://www.facebook.com/KokoroKJ)
During this workshop, participants will learn various meditation techniques, conscious breathing practices, Butoh dance, and circle practice.
The practices presented here are aimed at self-regulation and gaining greater control over one’s psychophysical state. They help restore a sense of inner coherence, stability, and agency in our daily functioning.
Each of these techniques is a way to develop and deepen clarity, peace, balance, and kindness towards oneself and others.
This process will guide participants through a specially designed series of mindfulness exercises:
– embodiment meditation,
– breathing practices (whole-body breathing and abdominal breathing),
– gratitude meditation,
– butoh dance,
– loving-kindness meditation (Metta),
– Rada (circle practice – group exercise),
– explanatory lectures and question-and-answer sessions.
The main objectives of the workshop:
* To create conditions for a panoramic immersion in oneself and the release and integration of blocked potentials of consciousness.
* To precisely explain the methods and effects of various mindfulness techniques. This will allow participants to practice these practices independently.
This workshop is intended for those seeking processes and practices that unlock the inner limitations of consciousness.
We welcome both beginners and advanced practitioners of mind-body awareness (meditation, dance, yoga, martial arts, etc.). The workshop is also open to those with no prior experience.
