We welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners to the workshops, regardless of previous experience. These workshops will primarily be a time for regeneration, connection with others and with oneself, and quietude.
At the upcoming meeting, we will teach you how to perform a full-body massage and discuss the energy line known as Sen Kalathari in traditional Thai massage. You will also learn how to use your own body in the most effective, healthy, and relaxed way possible while giving a massage.
After introductory exercises and a body greeting in a supine position, we will teach you how to gently turn the person being massaged onto their side and stomach, and how to work in these positions.
We will work with breathing and show you its impact on the nervous system, health, and how we can use it during massage.
During these two days, we will also discuss body awareness and working with it in terms of its energetics in the traditions of Thai and Chinese medicine, Reiki, and anthroposophical medicine. Together, we will perform exercises to soothe the nervous system.
We cordially invite you and encourage you to take advantage of our Valentine’s Day discount when registering for two 🙂

I am passionate about the flow state, psychosomatics, and the possibilities for personal development that awakening creativity offers. In therapeutic work, I value the power of gentleness, a sense of intuition, and being “here and now.” AcroYoga and Thai massage completely stole my heart in 2016. I began and continue my “Nuad Bo Rarn” practice at schools such as the Sunshine Network: Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork, where I have been an assistant in the teacher training program since 2018. In 2021, I completed a full-time classical massage school with elements of physiotherapy. It was then that anthroposophical medicine, along with Eurythmy and a whole new universe of possibilities, knocked on my door. In 2023, I completed a two-year course with Michaela Schnur, an expert in anthroposophical care and treatment (IFAN). During my internship in Thailand, I expanded my body and emotion work with such beautiful tools as Tok Sen, Guasha, and Chi Nei Tsang.
I share my love of movement and conscious touch through the AcroTribe project.

I’m a native of Krakow, and I’ve long been in love with sports of all kinds, as well as with nature. For many years, I was involved with Caribbean dance and contemporary dance. Then, I transferred my experience as a dance instructor to the mat to teach greater body awareness and a greater focus on healthy movement habits. In 2021, I came across my first dynamic vinyasa practice and immediately knew that this was it – if I could, I would spend most of my time on my hands 🙂
Since 2023, I’ve been teaching regular yoga classes. I also love learning new things, developing myself in different areas, and gaining new qualifications – currently, besides yoga, I’m pursuing a passion for rock climbing, acroyoga, and Thai massage. Thai massage complements yoga exceptionally well, which is why I’ve become increasingly interested in it, practicing it, and furthering my education through various courses and workshops. I also enjoy utilizing my experience from various fields in my classes and in my own practice. When I’m not spending time in the gym, I escape into nature – preferably to the mountains or sailing. 2024 – Yoga Teacher Training Course, 200 hours (Yoga Alliance 200h RYTT)
2024 – Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Training Course, 50 hours (YACEP)
2024 – Thai Yogic Massage Course, 50 hours (Sunshine Network)
2025 – Therapeutic Thai Massage – Advanced Course, 40 hours (Sunshine Network)
2025 – Hands-free Thai Massage Techniques Course, 30 hours (Sunshine Network)

I am a trained nurse. After graduating, I began a further development path towards a holistic approach to health. I studied Reiki practice in India, where I also supported the organization of Reiki workshops for women. I then graduated from a Thai massage school near Chiang Mai, Thailand. I’m currently continuing my Thai massage and bodywork studies with Asia Kubiakowska (Sensib Bodywork) and Weronika Tyrpa, and I’m also studying Stems & Branches acupuncture under the supervision of Michał Richter.
For years, I’ve observed how mindful, multi-layered work with individuals can bring greater harmony, depth, and inner cohesion to life. That’s why this path has become my passion, and I’m constantly developing in these areas.
I value Thai massage most for its holistic, holistic approach. I appreciate that it has a very relaxing and soothing effect, but also strengthens and stimulates the life force within a person.
