DESCRIPTION:

We invite you to an open Interart Dance class with Alicja Miszczor.
Interart Dance is: body awareness, the magic of props, body language and gestures, real self-experience, expression and release of emotions, authenticity, the power of dance ritual, as well as a compilation of dance improvisation, physical theater, and therapeutic dance.

This class is both an independent open class and a demonstration lesson for the Movement Composition, Contemporary Dance, and Therapeutic Dance Courses.

Instructor Information:

Alicja Miszczor: Born in 1982. Lives in Krakow. Coach and ArteCoach (Master of Coaching, Meritum School), movement actress, dancer, improviser, and experienced instructor of dance improvisation, physical theatre, and therapeutic dance. Creator of the Interart Dance method. Certified Hatha Yoga instructor. Scholarship holder of the Alternative Dance Academy in Poznań. Certified choreotherapy instructor: Movement Improvisation and Body Symbolism (Institute of Dance and Movement Dynamics/Essen/Detlef Kappert). Graduate of PPSKAK in Kalisz, majoring in contemporary dance. From 2008 to 2015, she was a dancer at EST under Iwona Olszowska. From 2013 to 2015, she collaborated with the Barakah Theatre in Krakow through OBSZAR TAŃCA. Author of dance performances and videos. She collaborates with the Kreissau Foundation, where she leads inclusive workshops, including: for people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
In 2024, she completed the Dance and Gestalt, Life/Art Process Course with Anna Halprin. She is studying physical therapy at the WSKZ.

In her private life, she sings, paints watercolors, and loves animals and water.
