Imagine standing in the center of a circle among other women – and dancing.
Freely, boldly, you show yourself in movement, in your full authenticity. They look at you and, instead of judging, appreciate you. They, too, came to this workshop for what you did – to feel the courage to be SEEN.
While leading workshops for women, I’ve noticed that for many of us, stepping out of line and showing ourselves in movement is terrifying. We fear judgment, limit our expression, and don’t show the world who we truly are. What a shame! Because we are beautiful when we are fully ourselves.
Dear Ladies – it’s time to change that!
With this intention, the SEEN workshop was created – a space where you can feel the courage to be yourself in all your glory. With everything that is alive and true within you.
During the workshop, we will connect with what holds us back from full expression and with what lies on the other side – the courage to be seen in movement, in dance, in life.
The workshop will include an embodiment session using the Inner Alchemy method. It combines movement, breath, and music to support the transformation of what doesn’t serve us into what empowers us. During this session, you will move your body from a state of closure to a state of expansion, allowing it to transform blockages into a force that supports you in everyday life.
We will work solo, in pairs, and in a group. No dance experience is necessary.
You will discover that you can not only be yourself around other women – but also have a great time doing it!
As someone once wrote, and I fully embrace it:
“This workshop is for the brave and for those who want to be brave.”

Jago
A few words about me: My name is Jagoda. In dance and movement, I’m most interested in the connection between the body and emotions. Dance moves me. When I move, I feel alive. I also feel my limitations and difficulties in dance, which manifest in movement. When I feel like dancing, it’s a sign that I’m in a good place—that life energy is flowing through me. When I don’t feel this energy, dancing helps me awaken it.
When I dance, sometimes I’m tender and delicate, sometimes wild and wild. I like to fool around, have fun, I like to listen and be attentive. I like to give and receive.
I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember, and eight years ago I discovered the therapeutic power of dance and began to see the body as a medium through which we experience reality. I’ve participated in many different workshops, courses, and festivals, including the Improvisation Methodology Workshop and the Choreography and Movement Composition Workshop with Iwona Olszowska, the Movement Composition, Contemporary Dance, and Therapeutic Dance Course with Alicja Miszczor, and Radical Somatics in Contact Improvisation with Christiane Cole. I graduated from the Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis Techniques Course at the IBA Dance and Movement Therapy Center. I completed the Inner Alchemy certification with Kamila Surma. Together with Agata Moląg, I teach dance classes for people with Parkinson’s disease in Krakow.
I am creating my brand, Czułe Ciało, where I organize workshops, regular classes, and embodiment sessions for women. Czułe Ciało is a space where, through movement, spontaneous expression, and body contact, we return to ourselves—to what is real and alive. It’s a space where you can express yourself with even greater authenticity and courage—the courage to be yourself, without censorship.
In my workshops, I use exercises that anyone can perform, regardless of experience or lack thereof. We dance solo and with others. I draw inspiration for my classes from intuitive dance, contact improvisation, GAGA, and Dance Movement Therapy, among others.
