We invite you to a 2-day movement workshop at Kontakt. This summer session will focus on various forms of bodywork, from yoga and Thai yogic massage, acroyoga, to the playful elements of playfight.
This workshop will be:
– an immersion in yoga and Thai massage, where we will allow our bodies to catch their breath and regain balance
– an adventure with playfight and acroyoga, where we will give our inner child space to unleash their full potential
– a time for interaction, as well as for quiet and regeneration
Each block will begin with yoga or playfight to demonstrate various ways to prepare the body for further work.
The workshops are designed for both beginners and regular participants.

YOGA is a completely unique practice that helps you work on your body and mind on many levels. It’s an ideal way to increase awareness of your body and breathing, to increase strength, coordination, and flexibility, but also to train both your perseverance and the ability to let go. It’s also a practice that brings wonderful results in your relationships with yourself and others. Furthermore, it’s a great training supplement for those practicing various sports; it can be used both as a warm-up and preparation, and as a supplement to your training.
ACROYOGA inspiringly combines the wisdom of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics, and the gentleness of massage. It is a sensitive exchange that allows us to deepen our trust in ourselves, our partner, and the space around us. It opens the senses, develops empathy and communication skills. It builds stability, simultaneously strengthening and relaxing. It creates harmony – allowing us to integrate our emotions and bodies, expand our awareness, soar high, and experience how the impossible becomes possible. It makes our bodies brimming with vital energy. It can stop time so that we can feel the pure joy of being uninhibited in the here and now.
THAI MASSAGE combines the most beautiful forms of classical Thai massage with holistic methods from around the world. The essence of massage is “listening with the hands,” meaning a soft and deep penetration into the tissues using one’s own body weight with elements of passive stretching. This work is particularly focused on opening and improving the body’s flexibility, reducing tension, and restoring full joint mobility. It also works on the energy lines where acupressure points are located.
The massage is performed on a mat in loose, comfortable clothing. The massage recipient lies down and is positioned in yoga-inspired asanas (hence the nickname “yoga for lazy people”). Thai massage allows for deep relaxation, mental relief, and greater awareness of sensations. The massage aims to restore natural balance and awaken self-healing processes by moving the entire body.
PLAY-FIGHT is a great fun and revolutionary therapeutic practice that fully integrates the body, mind, and emotions. It’s a wonderful way to express yourself and reconnect with your inner child. It teaches coordination and exploring your abilities in a pleasant way.
You’re warmly invited!

A FEW WORDS ABOUT US:
Piotr “Kiki” Szewczyk
I’m a native of Krakow, and for years I’ve been in love with sports of all kinds, as well as with nature. For many years, I was involved in Caribbean and contemporary dance. Then, I transferred my experience as a dance instructor to the mat to teach greater body awareness and healthy movement habits. In 2021, I stumbled upon my first dynamic vinyasa practice and immediately knew that this was it – if I could, I would spend most of my time on my hands 🙂 Since 2023, I have been teaching regular yoga classes. I also love learning new things, developing in various areas, and gaining new qualifications – currently, besides yoga, I am developing a passion for rock climbing, acroyoga, and Thai massage. Thai massage complements yoga exceptionally well, which is why I have become increasingly interested in it, practicing it, and furthering my education through various courses and workshops. I also enjoy using experiences from various fields in my classes and in my own practice. When I’m not spending time in the gym, I escape into nature – preferably to the mountains or sailing. 2024 – Yoga Teacher Training Course, 200 hours (Yoga Alliance 200h RYTT)
2024 – Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Training Course, 50 hours (YACEP)
2024 – Thai Yogic Massage Course, 50 hours (Sunshine Network)
2025 – Therapeutic Thai Massage – Advanced Course, 40 hours (Sunshine Network)

Werka Tyrpa
I am passionate about the flow state, psychosomatics, and the opportunities for personal development that fostering creativity offers. In therapeutic work, I value the power of gentleness, a sense of intuition, and being “here and now.”
AcroYoga and Thai massage completely stole my heart in 2016. I began and continue my “Nuad Bo Rarn” practice at the Sunshine Network: Traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork school, where I have been an assistant in the teacher training program since 2018.
In 2021, I completed a full-time classical massage school with elements of physiotherapy.
It was then that anthroposophical medicine, along with Eurythmy and a whole new universe of possibilities, knocked on my door. In 2023, I completed a two-year course with Michaela Schnur, an expert in anthroposophical care and treatment (IFAN).
During my internship in Thailand, I expanded my bodywork and emotional skills to include such beautiful tools as Tok Sen, Guasha, and Chi Nei Tsang.
I share my love of movement and conscious touch through the AcroTribe project. More:
