Dear seekers of expression methods in dance and voice. We invite you to the Laboratory dedicated to the exploration of 5Rhythms® and the Power of Voice.

5Rhythms is a meditation and dance practice where we allow the body to flow and follow what is in us here and now. There is no imposed choreography here, only gentle guidance that invites us to establish a deeper relationship with our body and trust in our inner wisdom.

5Rhythms® creates a Wave that opens us to the experience of different qualities of each rhythm:
Flowing – Staccato -Chaos – Lyrical – Stilness
This is a space open to everyone regardless of age or physical condition. All you need is openness and curiosity.

The practice of 5Rhythms brings a wonderful experience of contact with yourself. The wave activates us and takes us on a journey through the body, and we will experience and expand this wave with the energy of the voice. Singing and dancing is a manifestation of the personal history of our body and its path. Paths of connections between emotions, body and voice. When we allow them to lead, they will wisely guide us through life. We will follow the voice of the body, to exhale, to rest, to a sound event. In intimacy and gentleness to our body in a good relationship with it. We will work on the integration of movement and sound, which will allow for a deeper understanding of our own emotions and their expression. Dance will allow us to open a channel of movement and deep feeling, and working with the voice is a natural extension of expression – From movement to voice.

We are happy to call you to participate in the extraordinary Dance and Voice Laboratory, which will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 11:00 to 18:00 in Kontakt Przestrzeń Ruchu i Tańca/Kraków ]. This unique event will combine the magic of movement, the power of voice and the practice of 5Rhythms®, offering you the opportunity to discover new paths, take steps to express yourself more fully.
During the workshops, we will focus on going beyond the usual patterns and forms, searching for holistic methods of working with emotions through the body and voice. Our meeting will be a space where both dancers and people working with the voice will be able to explore the voice of the body in a safe and supportive environment.
The workshop is open to everyone – both women and men, regardless of experience level.
We invite people who want to expand their skills, discover new forms of expression and connect with others in a creative way, also people who professionally support other therapists, dancers, singers, educators, parents.
Join us on this journey that will open up new levels for you and allow for a deeper connection with yourself and other participants.

About the leaders:
Natalia Chaber – I am an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher – I completed the 5R Teacher Training in 2024 and I have been dancing since 2015. I currently live permanently in France.
5Rhythms is my “Zone Zero” – a space of infinite possibilities where I disappear and find myself anew. A space to discover myself every time, to get in touch with myself and others. A place where all divisions disappear and we are all equal. And with this intention – of constant self-discovery, I want to share this practice with all those who are curious to set off on this journey.

Agata Bargiel – I am a voice therapist, I base my work on breathing and somatic movement. I sing with an open voice and I invite everyone to this singing. My tool is mainly the voice channel – open singing, movement, deep feeling and presence. I work with relationships and regaining connection. I base my work on the phenomenon of communication based on a circle, cyclicality and a sense of belonging.
