EMBODIED HEART SPACE – meditation classes in Krakow

Led by: Krzysztof Jerzak (https://www.facebook.com/KokoroKJ)

We invite you to participate in four classes, which will be devoted to developing deep mindfulness and presence in the body and cultivating full acceptance and caring of the heart.

The tools in this work will be body mindfulness meditations, body scanning meditations, embodied walking, meditations in pairs and Metta (Loving Kindness) meditations.

The classes are intended for people interested in exploring the inner dimensions and qualities of the body-mind as well as deepening their experience of a kind, caring and compassionate heart, regardless of philosophical or religious beliefs.

About mindfulness meditation:

The practice of this meditation will focus on a deep connection with your body. Through contact and grounding in the body, the mind naturally stabilizes and settles in the present moment. The effect of the practice is a state of embodiment manifested through a sense of peace, harmony and balance of the body-mind.

About Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta):

This is a Buddhist meditation that aims to develop an attitude of kindness and care towards all beings. Thanks to this meditation, a courageous and at the same time gentle approach to uncomfortable feelings is born in us, which allows us to experience them more easily and more consciously and transform them.

This practice brings deep peace of mind.
