MEETINGS AROUND SONGS – closed group – Wiktoria Sędzimir

Body, breath, voice. Meeting.

Words, melodies and harmony. Meeting.

Different emotions, different content and functions.

To meet with yourself and another person in truth.

A key word that opens access to deeper layers of feeling and mindfulness in joint singing.

I invite you to a series of eight singing meetings in a closed, intimate group.

This will be a unique time in which:

we will take care of proper relaxation of the body to open the way for a free voice,
we will warm up the voice with mindful exercises,
we will look for an emission appropriate for a given song,
we will learn selected traditional songs from Slavic lands,
we will allow ourselves to improvise,
we will talk about our experiences.

The aim of the closed-format series of meetings is, above all, greater freedom in being in a group that we have the chance to get to know and become familiar with.

Such conditions can be very conducive to opening up and exploring the possibilities of one’s own voice.

The size of the group will also allow everyone to be seen and heard with their individual voice and needs.

I care about returning to songs, repeating melodies, to sing them with greater ease and joy, without worrying about the lyrics and notes.

To be able to fully feel the power of harmony and polyphony. To be sung.

So let’s meet! There are still many winter evenings ahead of us, which will be so good to brighten up!

For whom?

For anyone who feels they can hit the note. 🙂 The songs will require this skill. We will take care of the rest on site.

PLN 400 for the entire cycle, payable in advance at the first class.
