This workshop will be dedicated also to lifting techniques and how to find a fluid path into the lifting feeling the momentum and the way you maintain harmonious contact and comunication with your partner from begining till the end of the lifting.
Practising also climbing body exercises.
Moving towards your freedom and expression in Contact, Improvisation and dance.
This workshop is dedicated to already dancing bodies and minds feeling good and open with Contact improvisation and keen to move joyfully deeper into the dancing process.

ABOUT THE LADERS:
ROSSELLA DE ROSA is a dedicated and multifaceted circus artist with over 15 years of experience in trapeze. Her artistic journey spans across multiple disciplines, including extensive work in dance theater and puppet theater .
In addition to her performance background, Rossella is a certified yoga teacher and a professional Ayurvedic masseuse, integrating a deep understanding of movement and wellness into her practice.
In recent years, Rossella has devoted herself to the study and practice of contact improvisation mixing all her body knowledge in her contact dance practice and guiding people to discover their own capacity to dance freeely.
EDZIO REY – Dancer, artist, graduate the academy of fine art in Krakow, paticipate to the 10th academy at Gardzienice Theatre, and many more dance music theatre projects and workshops.
In 2011 founder of Kontakt Przestrzen Ruchu i Tanca ( Kontakt space for Mouvement and Dance) where since 2011
I’m everyday dancing, jaming, teaching Contact improvisation, partnering, tango and since a few year vocal emission and improvisation.
In 2000 I met tango and since then explore mouvement dance improvisation music.
I search for bridges between techniques, balance fluidity and presence through deeper breathing, and above all feeling how dance and music can connect open inspire and harmonize people.
