About the classes:

With a trajectory enriched by more than 13 years of immersion in the art of Contact Improvisation, Ricardo Azofeifa emerges in the world of movement and holistic therapeutic connection.

From his beginnings with Moti Zenelman to his role as manager of National and International Workshops, Ricardo, as a Physical Therapy graduate and Osteopathy student, fuses a variety of therapeutic disciplines, from the sensibility of Vipassana meditation to the practice of Capoeira, to create a transformative experience. Since 2022 she has been part of the Nosara Anfibia Collective, which explores movement and dance in water and on land.

Invitation to an inner journey of self-discovery, where each movement becomes an opportunity for introspection and connection with the self.

With Costa Rica as a backdrop, Ricardo brings with him the joy and vibrant, pacifist energy of his homeland, fusing it with the depth and transcendence of Contact Improvisation.

Note. The classes will be held in English.
