HARMONY OF VOICE AND BODY – Aleksandra Zawłocka / new course starts: October 15

I invite you to the vocal course Harmony of Voice and Body.

Harmony of Voice and Body is a workshop that I have been running since 2015! They help open the voice, activate the body, release emotions and children’s imagination.

Did you know that by moving and releasing sound you help yourself burn cortisol?

We will not be bored! In addition to experiences, fun and experiences, you will gain the latest knowledge about the mechanisms of voice operation, because
the course is based on extremely effective and modern models of working with the voice and body. We will use original exercises of Harmony of Voice and Body, but also the voice release method according to Kristin Linklater, the Estill Voice Training model, Modern Vocal Training, Voice Yoga and methods of working with the voice and body derived from physical theater.

Workshop areas we will cover:
body awareness in producing voice – work with the spine, pelvis, body posture and rooting
opening the voice channel
voice sound: sound vibration
discovering and activating voice resonators
breathing work
vocal emission exercises
vocal expression, dynamics
developing vocal and movement imagination
emotions and the voice
learning traditional songs
intuitive singing
working on a common sound in a group

LEADER

Aleksandra Zawłocka – vocalist, actress, teacher. She focuses on extracting the depth of the voice, its power in the mental and physical sense. She combines voice training with yoga and intuitive movement, rhythmic exercises. She works with her own methods and Estill Voice Training, Kristin Linklater, Voice Yoga. She completed the Estill Voice Training® course: Level 1 and 2. Vocalist of Nasmeh – a project playing traditional music of the Orient and the Balkans, she performs as a guest with the Stellarnotes project (Szlakiem Starych Drzew).

She sings in languages ​​including: Greek, Serbian, Spanish, Ladino, Ukrainian, Arabic. In the years 2017-2020 actress of the Gardzienice Theatre. Guest vocalist of the Żywiołak band – album “Dekontrukcja historyczna” 2022. Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the project “Culture on the Net”.
