WHAT?

Yoga blindfolded. Practice with your eyes covered is intended for greater concentration of attention on the performance of asanas, to feel their effects more subtly, which will allow you to direct your attention even more inward, relax and concentrate. There will be a sequence of simple asanas, suitable for beginners, with the option to make them more difficult for those interested.

After the practice, yoga nidra will be conducted to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

The cost of the classes is free donations, all funds will be transferred to the support account for Wojtek’s mother – Mrs. Joanna.
