Hello!
Yin Yoga session with therapeutic sounds – New Birth
This will be the first therapeutic session during which you will release emotions and tensions, but also integrate and relax your entire body and mind.
You will connect with what is yours.
You will encounter something that needs to be cleansed, embraced and then let go and transformed into the New!
We invite you to a relaxing concert with Tibetan bowls, handpan, metal harp and other therapeutic instruments combined with deep somatic work during YIN YOGI.
Sylwia Zięba – @mybodybalance.pl – today she talks about herself:
Specialist in arousing emotions.
Italian philologist by education, salesman and physical recreation instructor.
For years, she has been involved in movement, yin yang yoga, and recently somatic experience work, based on work with the body, emotions, mind, music and dance.
“Emotions, whatever they are in us today, are the most valuable information we have about ourselves today.”
Sound therapy – reduces stress – reduces tension in the body – stimulates the body’s vital forces – synchronizes the cerebral hemispheres.
It is, above all, a journey into yourself, and the work offered by YIN YOGA will only strengthen the process of releasing, transforming and manifesting what you currently want.
“If you calm your mind, your body knows”
Viktoria, the host of the Poliarush concert, describes herself as follows:
I started my spiritual path 10 years ago. Starting with yoga and meditation, which led me to sound therapy
I conduct concerts with instruments, individual sessions with bowls and tuning forks, body work, sound therapy classes for children, tea workshops, I smoke Agnihotre, cocoa ceremonies, I love intuitive singing, I stand on nails, I manifest.
