ACROYOGY WORKSHOPS IN KRAKOW, 3-4 July 2021.

We invite you to a cool and valuable weekend full of exercise, fun and work with body awareness – solar and lunar acroyogi and Thai massage. We adjust the level of advancement and the amount of material to those present in the room.

Workshop plan:
Saturday, 3.07:
– 11:30 – 14:30 AcroYoga Solar
– 2-hour break
– 16:30 – 19:00 AcroYoga Lunar

Sunday, 4.07:
– 10: 00-13: 00 Acroyoga Solar
– 2-hour break
– 15: 00-17: 30 Acroyoga Lunar and Traditional Thai Massage.

The price for two days for the first 10 people is PLN 250 / person, then PLN 350.
