Christmas jams are already a tradition, let’s meet at the end of the year and let’s fly!

You can bring snacks 😉

We have to clean the rooms at the end, after all, on the same day, after the jam, there will be a Contact Christmas Eve, to which we also invite you 😉
Christmas dressing up is welcome 🙂
An open space for joint practice, the jam will be guided a bit 😉
We plan to take photos between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., but try to arrive earlier to warm up.
Everyone is welcome!
Advanced, novice, solo, in pairs, in threes or whatever you prefer and however you feel comfortable 🙂
Some experience in AcroYoga, even a small one, will definitely be useful 🙂 But you can always smile at someone more advanced to explain what this tangle of arms and legs is all about 😉
Outfit – preferably comfortable and festive! Get your elf, Santa Claus, gingerbread and Christmas tree costumes ready!! 😃
Let’s try to avoid slippery fabrics, pockets and zippers.
We warm up alone or together – whichever we prefer.
We bring a mountain of ideas to fly – preferably multi-player pyramids! 😃
We fly sensibly and take care of our own safety and that of our partners 😉
We exercise barefoot 🙂
There are mats, blankets and pillows in the room.
