⭐️ Touch • Closeness • Dance • SENTI — a weekend where you come back to your body – Bartek Zieliński, Senti Dance / January 24

Do you ever feel like your mind is racing and your body is lagging behind?

That you need more closeness, but without pressure, at your own pace, at your own pace?

✍️ Registration: https://forms.gle/B3TQSAtZnqLyf4PaA

This is a weekend where you return to your body, slow down… and learn to meet the other person with greater presence and safety.

Senti is a practice of conscious touch, dance, and bodywork for your development and the development of your relationships. In it, we learn:

• returning to your body
• letting go of control
• building closeness with a sense of safety

All in a light, warm atmosphere—with humor, normalcy, and respect for boundaries.

You can come solo—or as a couple.

We invite:

• individuals
• couples/friends/people who want to practice together

If you come as a couple, you can stay with your partner in the exercises throughout the workshop. And if you prefer, you can also swap partners like the rest of the group.

Everything is done with respect for boundaries, clear communication, and the ability to say “yes” or “no” at any time.

How We Work

We designed this weekend as one cohesive process.

You can participate in the entire session (for the best experience)—or choose just one day.

DAY 1—BASICS (open to everyone)

Ideal if you’re just starting out—or want to explore Senti first.

• conscious touch and body sensation
• letting go of control and entering flow
✨ • pleasure as a natural compass
• safe frameworks, boundaries, and communication
• nervous system regulation—for you and your partner
• basic techniques you can apply immediately

You can come for just Day 1—or stay with us for the entire weekend.

DAY 2 — DEEPENING (for those who have completed the Senti workshop, minimum 4 hours)

Day 2 is for those who have already experienced Senti
— or are participating in Day 1 and want to go further.

• Advanced guiding and touch techniques
❤️ • Inviting emotions to dance
• Returning to presence in pleasure and desire
• Integrating and healing presence
• Polarity as a source of energy

This is an intimate, conscious space—with great attention to each person’s boundaries and pace.

Who is it for?

For those who want to:

• Feel more and be closer to their bodies
• Build relationships based on safety
• Let go of tension and control
✨ • Learn touch that supports—not pressures

Dance experience? It doesn’t matter. The most important thing is your “yes” to yourself. It’s not about dancing, it’s about feeling. Dance is merely the platform through which we learn this.

How participants describe their Senti experience

“Something special. It was about being born again.
For me, it’s about a feeling that allows you to unlock the lock on your inner self.”
— Robert

“It’s about me, and at the same time, about the other person I meet.
And we both connect very deeply.
It’s not a meeting at eye level—it’s a meeting at soul level.”
— Natalia

“This is it! The dance I’ve been waiting for.
There’s so much softness, depth, and tenderness in Senti that even first-timers immediately get right into it and flow—painting with their partners this unique, different dance every time with extraordinary attention and tenderness.
I wholeheartedly recommend it!”
— Arek
