We invite you to the second edition of our yoga workshops with live music. This time, we will sail into the land of restorative yoga – a deeply relaxing practice that will help calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore lightness to the body. In calm, sustained poses, we will have space to truly relax and immerse ourselves in the sounds of live improvisation.

The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level.
Come, lie down comfortably, breathe, and let the music guide you towards deep relaxation.

Instructor:

YOGA INSTRUCTOR:
Alicja Daniec (Yoga Lady) – Licensed Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT 500). She received her teaching certificate in the cradle of yoga – Rishikesh (India). She deepens her knowledge by participating in numerous workshops led by Polish and international teachers, including those from France, Russia, Germany, and India. She promotes yoga not only as a physical practice, but also as a philosophical system of values. Her primary style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow – an often spontaneous practice that allows one to experience freedom, the pleasure of being in the body, and the joy of being on the mat.

VOCALS, RESOPHONIC GUITAR, PIANO, ABLETON:
Bartek Przytuła – A spine-chilling vocalist, guitarist, pianist, creator of various works, dancer, slow poet of fast verses, clown, and angel. Recently, also a painter. He heals the psyche with his recognizable, untamed facial expressions and, finally, a powerful dose of musical emotion flowing straight from the heart. His music is a blend of genres derived from traditions such as ambient, folk, blues, and jazz, but his performances are based on musical healing and musically understandable improvisation.

His charismatic vocals, warmth, unpredictability, the raw sound of his resophonic guitar, and his constant search for his voice have earned him numerous accolades (several times he has been awarded Vocalist of the Year, winner of the Polish Blues Challenge, Rawa Blues Festival, Galicja Blues Festival, and many others). He performs actively in Poland and abroad.
