The practice of “connecting with an inner healer” is a beautiful process of connecting to the center of your own conscious wisdom that guides the forces of resilience and self-healing.

By unblocking the flow of energy and awareness throughout the body, we will practice an open-minded and open-hearted state that will help connect with the inner archetype of the inner healer.

We are accompanied by beautiful music matched to the rhythm of the group and played straight from the heart on drums, guitar and computer. During the practice, we encourage you to activate your voice.

We invite everyone interested in deepening contact with themselves, with their body, heart and free mind. We invite those who want to simply relax and dissolve the tension in the body or who are looking for a way for holistic personal development. No previous experience or preparation is needed.

Leader:
🌳 MARTA DRATWA-WASYŁEK – teacher and facilitator of Movement Medicine, psychotherapist, trainer and coach. For 20 years he has been working with groups and individuals. She completed many professional trainings in coaching, working with a group, studies for psychotherapists and group trainers at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Krakow and training course in Movement Medicine in England. In his practice, he is guided by the search for a balance between various perspectives – the world of our thoughts, dreams and ideas, emotions and spiritual experiences, and the world of embodied and real activities and projects. It creates a safe and at the same time transforming space for development.
🌳 BOGDAN WASYŁEK – drummer and drummer. Member of the Freedance percussion group. He was also active in the groups of the Brazilian Batucada Bloco Central and Sereia di Varsovia. Together with his friend Michał, they create a live music space at weekly Movement Medicine classes in Warsaw.
