We invite you to a three-month Voice and Body Harmony course.
It will be a series of 12 holistic vocal workshops. Each workshop will last 1.15 hours.

Workshop areas we will cover:
-body awareness in producing the voice – working with the spine, pelvis, body posture and rooting
-voice channel: free open throat
-voice sound: sound vibration
-awareness of voice resonators
-breath work in speaking and singing
-articulation
-vocal expression, dynamics
-developing vocal and motor imagination
-emotions and voice
– polyphony in songs
-intuitive singing
-working on a common sound in a group
The course is based on extremely effective and modern models of working with voice and body. We will use original Voice and Body Harmony exercises, but also the voice release method according to Kristin Linklater, the Estill Voice Trainig model, Voice Yoga and methods of working with the voice derived from physical theater.

The course is dedicated to people who want to start singing with freedom, expand their vocal skills, find their natural timbre, and unlock their body and voice. I invite both people with vocal experience and beginners.

Aleksandra Zawłocka – singer, actress, teacher. She focuses on bringing out the depth of the voice and its power in the mental and physical sense. She combines vocal training with yoga and work on movement improvisations. Vocalist of Nasmeh – a project playing traditional music of the Orient and the Balkans. She sings in the following languages: Greek, Serbian, Spanish, Ladino, Ukrainian, Arabic. In the years 2017-2020, actress of the Gardzienice Theater. Since 2020, guest vocalist of the band Żywiołak (album “Dekontrukcja historical” 2022). Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the “Culture online” project.
