We invite you to participate in a weekend workshop on opening and integrating the body-heart-mind HEART PATH, which will take place on 15-16.02.2025 in Krakow!
Hosted by: Krzysztof Jerzak (https://www.facebook.com/KokoroKJ)
During the meeting, there will be Metta meditation practices, body mindfulness meditations, body scanning meditations, couple meditations, Butoh dance sessions and short lectures.
The workshop is addressed to people who would like to deepen their experience of kindness, care and compassion, regardless of philosophical or religious beliefs.
The main practice of this weekend will be Metta meditation. Metta is a Buddhist practice that aims to develop an attitude of unconditional, loving kindness towards all beings.
Through this meditation, a courageous and at the same time gentle approach to uncomfortable feelings is born in us, which allows us to experience them more easily and more consciously and transform them. This meditation also gives us the opportunity to deepen our kindness and care for others, which leads to its ultimate goal of achieving a state of unconditional love.
This practice brings deep peace of mind.
The experience gained during this workshop will enable participants to perform this practice independently.
A Butoh dance session (Japanese for ‘modern’ dance) is also planned for each day of the workshop.
Thanks to the Butoh ‘exercises’, the insights gained in meditation will be expanded and transformed in a dance that releases feelings, opens the body-heart-mind.
