The HEART PATH – Metta meditation workshop – Krzysztof Jerzak
We invite you to participate in a one-day workshop on opening and integrating body-heart-mind.
During the meeting there will be Metta meditation sessions, meditation practices with a partner, a short explanatory lecture and a bodywork session.
Thanks to the practice of Metta meditation, workshop participants will open up to deep experiences of a gentle, tender and accepting attitude towards themselves and others, and the accumulated experience will enable them to perform this practice on their own.
Metta
The practice of Buddhist meditation is aimed at developing an attitude of unconditional, loving kindness towards all beings. Metta gives you the opportunity to deepen and stabilize kindness and care for others and also enables you to achieve a state of unconditional love.
As a result of the training, a brave and at the same time gentle approach to uncomfortable feelings is born, which allows you to more easily connect with them and transform them. This practice brings the experience of deep silence of the mind.
