They say that energy is an ultimate resource in life.
Maybe you can think of a situation when you have great plans, goals, and ideas. You start on a high note but quite soon you have no power to go on, like a battery on your mobile phone. It just turns off. You can’t cheat on it or coax it into functioning.
When it comes to human beings sometimes we really push ourselves to the limit without thinking that we are no less fragile than mobile phones.
In this meeting we will work on being conscious with our energy. We will find out what types of energy there are and will focus on how to replenish our feminine energy.
We will meditate, talk, make exercise, draw and share a in a warm circle of soulful women.
