Who am I? Where am I going?

We invite you to a unique art therapy workshop “Lifelines”, which combines art, movement, music and creative expression. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to stop, look at your inner lifeline and discover where it leads.

We will work with:
✨ Bilateral drawing – intuitive drawing of emotions through hand movement and breathing. ✨ With voice and body – exploring our inner rhythms and dynamics.

✨ With movement and dance – translating emotions into physical expression.

✨ With creative manual work – creating a visual map of yourself and your path.

The workshop consists of two parts:
WHO AM I – consciously discovering yourself through art, movement and introspection.

‍♂️ WHERE AM I HEADING – searching for direction, intuitively expressing future paths through symbolic actions.

For whom?
For anyone who wants to deepen self-awareness, release creative expression and connect with themselves in an authentic way. You don’t need to have artistic experience – what counts is the willingness to explore!

What to bring?

Comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

An open mind and a desire to experience.

About us: We are students in the final year of a Master’s degree in Art Therapy. We draw our knowledge from both academic experience – participation in workshops, lectures and courses – and from practice. We also had the opportunity to participate in the Kajros summer school for art therapists, which broadened our perspective on different methods of work. We are primarily interested in visual arts, music therapy, improvisation and movement therapy.
