Hand balance and inverted positions course – Artem Nakonechny

This is a challenge that will allow you to gain greater levels of strength, endurance and stretch to achieve significant results in some of the most difficult poses in yoga.

During the workshop you will learn everything you need to safely perform handstands and other inverted positions: what exercises prepare the body for these positions, what are the methods of achieving difficult asanas, what positions prepare for handstands, what tools and aids can be used, to achieve the desired result. We will discuss in detail the technique of performing asanas, explain and perform, on the example of each participant, entry and exit from asana, variations of asanas and their combinations, transitions to another asana.

You will also learn what is the basis of handstands and inversions, what purpose they have in yoga and how they affect the mind and body.

The workshop will be interesting both for beginners who have just started their path in yoga and want to learn balance, as well as for advanced people who want to expand their knowledge and make progress in handstands. The level of difficulty of the asanas will depend on the level of people taking part in the workshop, with the adjustment of exercise variations for all people.

The group will be limited to 8 people so that enough attention can be given to each participant.
