MINDFUL BODY Stretching, Massage, Relaxation – Blanka Moryc

Thursdays, 7:20 PM – 8:35 PM | Blue Room

Evening classes that will combine yoga, stretching and massage techniques in a group, aimed at releasing tension in the neck, opening the chest and shoulders, stretching the hips and back band. During the meeting, we will do exercises that will improve flexibility and increase body awareness. The classes will also have elements of massage, performed using various methods to deeply relax the body and mind. At the end, I will lead a relaxation session with affirmations, based on the relaxation techniques of Jacobson, Schulz and Alexander, which will allow for full relaxation and regaining balance.

Perfect for anyone who wants to find a moment of peace after a day full of challenges…

Or… After earlier classes with Blanka – WILD MINDFULNESS – DANCES WITH THE FLOOR.
