Wild Mindfulness: Dances with the Floor / NEW! / Start: 24/10

They are focused around the contemporary dance technique of floorwork – how to work with the floor. It is a wild experience of jumping, sliding and agile transitions on all fours. At the end of the class, relaxation with visualizations, massage and affirmations will cool the body and mind and record the practice in the subconscious.

What can you expect?

Intensive part: Strengthening and developing mobility and flexibility through various transitions, such as walking on all fours, jumping and sliding. You will discover new movement qualities that will enrich your dance practice and everyday life – maybe even reach Chuck Norris level!

Dance sequences: Integration of developed transitions into fluid movements that engage the body in a creative way. In this part we dance.

Relaxation: rich in various methods of relaxation and visualization that will allow you to record the practice in the subconscious. This part will be very pleasant and harmonious for the body and mind.

These classes are not only an intense physical challenge, but also a chance to establish a deeper connection with yourself and with others.

Best regards, Blanka Moryc
