I invite you to a three-month course of Harmony of Voice and Body.
It will be a series of 12 holistic vocal workshops. Each workshop will last 1.15 hours.

Workshop areas we will cover:

– body awareness in extracting the voice – work with the spine, pelvis, body posture and rooting
-voice channel: free open throat
– voice sound: sound vibration
-awareness of voice resonators
– breathing work in speaking and singing
-articulation
-vocal expression, dynamics
– developing vocal and movement imagination
– emotions and voice
– polyphony in songs
– intuitive singing
– working on a common sound in the group

The course is based on extremely effective and modern models of work with voice and body. We will use original exercises of the Harmony of Voice and Body, but also the method of releasing the voice according to Kristin Linklater, the Estill Voice Training model, Voice Yoga and methods of working with the voice derived from physical theater.

The course is dedicated to people who want to start singing freely, expand their vocal skills, find a natural timbre, unlock their body and voice. I invite both people with vocal experience and beginners.

LEADING
Aleksandra Zawłocka – singer, actress, educator. It focuses on extracting the depth of the voice, its mental and physical power. She combines vocal training with yoga and work on movement improvisations. Vocalist of Nasmeh – a project playing traditional oriental and Balkan music. He sings in Greek, Serbian, Spanish, Ladino, Ukrainian, and Arabic. In the years 2017-2020, an actress of the Gardzienice Theatre. From 2020, guest vocalist of the band Żywiołak (album “Historical Dekontrukcja” 2022). Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the “Culture online” project.
