Harmony of Voice and Body (3-month course) / start: October 15

I invite you to the vocal course Harmony of Voice and Body.

Harmony of Voice and Body is a workshop that I have been running since 2015! They help open the voice, activate the body, free emotions and children’s imagination.

We will not be bored! In addition to experiences, fun and experiences, you will gain the latest knowledge about the mechanisms of voice operation, because
the course is based on extremely effective and modern models of working with the voice and body. We will use original Voice and Body Harmony exercises, as well as Kristin Linklater’s voice release method, the Estill Voice Training model, Modern Vocal Training, Voice Yoga, and voice and body work methods derived from physical theatre.

-30-minute individual consultation (to be used during the course at a previously agreed date),

There is a limit on places. We work in an intimate and permanent group. The course is closed and it is not possible to join the group after it has started.

LEADER

Aleksandra Zawłocka – vocalist, actress, teacher. She focuses on extracting the depth of the voice, its power in the mental and physical sense. She combines voice training with yoga and intuitive movement, rhythmic exercises. She works with her own methods and Estill Voice Training, Kristin Linklater, Voice Yoga. She completed the Estill Voice Training® course: Level 1 and 2. Vocalist of Nasmeh – a project playing traditional music of the Orient and the Balkans, she gives guest concerts with the Stellarnotes project (Szlakiem Starych Drzew).
She sings in languages ​​including: Greek, Serbian, Spanish, Ladino, Ukrainian, Arabic. In the years 2017-2020 she was an actress of the Gardzienice Theatre. Guest vocalist of the band Żywiołak – album “Historical Dekontrukcja” 2022. Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the project “Culture on the Net”.
