CONTACTING YOURSELF – OUR MOST VALUABLE HABIT

When is our habit good for us?
When it is aware of and interacts with keeping us healthy and well-being. Yoga helps us select our thoughts, distance ourselves from the world around us, and listen to our interior, our body. In addition, it protects us from stagnation, suspension, which very effectively cut us off from ourselves.

Contact with the body
Let yourself observe your body, let yourself see its reactions.

During the classes we’ll learn to work on ourselves, accept ourselves and our flaws, when the body flows with the breath, when strength is intertwined with sensitivity and softness, internal experiences of delicacy and dynamics.

Julia Weliczenko:
For me, Yoga is harmony, freedom, the joy of discovering myself and the world, a source of energy and inexhaustible joy, it is an endless adventure.
Yoga has been with me for 15 years, although I still consider myself a beginner yogi.
As an instructor, I pay special attention to breathing and to the technique and accuracy of the practice. Sharing a method that I love and believe in gives me great joy.
