Energizing Vinyasa Yoga with Magda
FRIDAYS, 6 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. / start: October
The dynamic sequence of movements will warm up, strengthen and lengthen your entire body, making you feel invigorated. The connection between smooth movements and natural breath leads us to the perfect harmony between the body and the mind. During the class we also work on balance and stability, e.g. by engaging the deep muscles. The flow increases awareness and improves your ability to concentrate in everyday life.
Vinyasa Joga will teach you how to be fully present in the moment and enjoy it as much as possible ☀️
Each practice is closed by relaxation (in Savasana), which soothes the nerves and brings you the sense of calm and inner peace. The relaxation is accompanied by pleasant, gentle sounds of Koshi Chimes or Tibetian singing bowls.
Choose comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict the movement.
See you on the mat! 🧘🏼♀️
I’m a Registered Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT200). I’ve completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in the International School of Yoga & Movement in Kraków (acknowledged by Yoga Alliance). I’ve been developing my practice and trying various yoga styles for a few years, but it is Vinyasa that I’m in love with. Smooth, easy movement and graceful transitions between asanas in sync with the breath are the things that I pay the most attention to during my classes. My focus is not on the goal, but on the way itself.
Join the class and find joy in the movement! 🖤
