➢ Workshops “Conscious Body: AcroYoga & Thai Massage” – Weronika Tyrpa, Klaudia Jasiak / 11-12.02

➢ Workshops “Conscious Body: AcroYoga & Thai Massage” will be a great opportunity to conduct a dialogue without words, listening to the movement and body of the other person. We will combine movement and breath – the two most important elements of conscious work with the body. All in an atmosphere of mindfulness, acceptance and unconditional love. We will be “here and now”. We divided our meeting into 2 days and 4 thematic blocks.

AcroYoga sessions will be a celebration of interpersonal contact, presence based on trust, closeness and respect. It will also be a time for spontaneous expression. AcroYoga combines in an inspiring way: the wisdom of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics and the delicacy of massage. It is a sensitive exchange that allows us to deepen trust in ourselves, our partner and the space. AY opens the senses, develops empathy and communication skills, at the same time strengthens and relaxes. It creates harmony. It allows you to integrate the mind, emotions and body, expand consciousness, fly high and experience how the impossible becomes possible. It makes our body full of life energy. It gives freedom and can stop time so that we can feel the pure joy of being here and now. We will have the opportunity to explore different qualities of touch and give ourselves one of the most beautiful forms of closeness known to us.

Thai massage will allow us to relax deeply, calm the mind and increase the space for flow in the body. By moving the whole body, it will start the process of restoring natural balance and self-regeneration. Thai massage combines the most beautiful forms of classical Thai massage with holistic methods from different parts of the world. The meaning of the massage is “listening with your hands”, i.e. soft and deep penetration into the tissues using your own body weight with elements of passive stretching. This work is particularly focused on opening and improving the flexibility of the body, reducing tension and restoring full mobility of the joints. It is also work on energy lines where acupressure points are located. The massage takes place on a mat in loose, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. The massaged person, lying down, is placed in positions derived from yoga – asana – hence the name of Thai massage as “yoga for the lazy”.

During the “Conscious Body” workshop, we will wrap ourselves in careful listening, softness and feeling. We will develop a harmonious connection between earth and heaven, lightness in receiving and giving, and work in the field of the heart. Thanks to an individual approach to your needs, when conducting classes, we will make sure that everyone can find space for themselves in their own rhythm.

We cordially invite you 🙂 Klaudia and Weronika
